"At the Gates"
The focus of this piece was something the commissioner asked me to put emphasis on strong emotion and make it a rather powerful piece. The interpretation is open for the view to decide as it often is with the pieces I create. With this one I really pushed the limits of my knowledge and grab tutorials by the fistfuls to learn even the tiniest trick or tip to create the feeling I wanted. Several references have been made to help create this, with a bit of help from two photographer friends and a good deal of patience and inspiration from the commissioner himself I would like to think this came together very nicely.

Nice work. This is, at least for me, your strongest piece that I've seen. You have many other appealing ones, but from what I've seen this shows the most dynamic abilities.
